We’re hiring a Production Coordinator

Position: Production Coordinator

Location: Chepstow, UK

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and highly organised Production Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating multiple shoots, both domestically and internationally, ensuring seamless logistics from conception to completion. This role requires effective communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The role also includes additional clerical responsibilities, helping to assist in the smooth running of the business.

Responsibilities:

* Organise and coordinate multiple production days in the UK and abroad.

* Hire freelancers and coordinate their schedules.

* Manage logistics, including travel arrangements and accommodations.

* Book equipment and ensure its availability for each shoot.

* Liaise with various stakeholders, including other live production companies, sporting bodies, and participants.

* Maintain clear and timely communication with all parties involved in the production process.

* Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to filming.

* Where required, produce quotes and help with invoicing.

* Assist in budget management and cost tracking.

* Other support and responsibilities as may be reasonably required.

* While the role would be based in Chepstow, the ability and willingness to occasionally travel is important.

Qualifications:

* Strong experience in television production coordination or a related field.

* Exceptional organisational and time management skills.

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

* Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

* Proficiency in MS Office and production management software.

* A valid driving license is essential, as travel may be required.

* A qualification in film, media studies, or a related field would be preferable.

Other Details:

* The position is based in our office in Chepstow, UK.

* The role requires a minimum of four days per week in the office, with occasional travel for shoots.
